Shorter sessions of High Intensity Interval Training give you more value for your money!

Studies show that 15 minutes of high intensity interval training burns more calories than jogging on a treadmill for an hour. Effective energy use – HIIT uses a system of work-hard-then-recovery intervals, alternating between high intensity workouts with up to 4 minute resting periods

Save Time – time is money!  Get your free time back and save money doing it!

Loss Weight – burn more calories and for up to 2 hours after your session

Improve Your Health – strengthens your heart, improves blood pressure, lowers glucose levels in diabetics, and improves endurance

HIT training in the RED ZONE for speed interval training helps boxers meet their fighting weight and also helps regular gym goers lose weight.

Boxing is a high intensity sport so your training should also be high intensity (HIT). Steady paced jogging on the street will not cut it, instead I train my boxers in speed interval training on the treadmill in the red zone to improve aerobic fitness levels.

If you are a boxer in an 8 week training camp – do this from week 1 to week 3. Forget old school training methods that some trainers are still teaching instead call or email me to started on my training program.
