MOBILITY & ACTIVATION 

This section is to help with full body Mobility/Activation such Shoulder Mobility ,Hip Mobility, Glute and Hamstring Activation , and Upper body activation. Having the mobility to float around the ring, field, court and use the right muscles at the right time is essential for you to harness the physical characteristics required for high performance.

PLYOMETRICS EXERCISES

This section has Lower/Upper Body Plyometric Exercises Plyometrics’ is a term used to describe jumping and speed exercises. Your Client/Athlete can benefit from plyometrics by developing the elasticity of their muscles and tendons. Elastic muscles and stiff tendons contribute to fast feet, good balance.

POTENTIATION EXERCISES

This section is full of Punch specific exercises to help you and your clients transfer your new strength and speed levels to give you the KNOCKOUT POWER you have always wanted.

STRENGTH EXERCISES

This section will be taking you through Bi Lateral and Unilateral Lower & Upper Body Strength Exercises. The lower body needs to be strong to transfer this energy to the hips, through the core and then out to the first to deliver forceful punches or throws. Your upper body also needs to be strong to transfer force through the fist and deal with constant high impact forces.

AGILITY/REACTION DRILLS

This section will help improve your clients Agility , Coordination , and Reaction. These drills will keep your sessions fun and effective but most importantly keep your clients engaged and have them looking forward to the next session.

CORE EXERCISES

Core muscles are an important link between lower- and upper-body, and help transfer force through the body during punching actions. Building a Stronger core will result in gaining Harder punches.

POSTURE CORRECTION
