STRENGTH EXERCISES: 
This section will be taking you through Bi Lateral and Unilateral Lower & Upper Body Strength Exercises.  A punch starts from force development in the lower body, the lower body needs to be strong to transfer this energy to the hips, through the core and then out to the first to deliver forceful punches or throws. The higher you can jump, the harder you can Punch. Your upper body also needs to be strong to transfer force through the fist and deal with constant high impact forces.  
AGILITY/REACTION DRILLS:
This section will help improve your clients Agility , Coordination , and Reaction. These drills will keep your sessions fun and effective but most importantly keep your clients engaged and have them looking forward to the next session.
CORE EXERCISES: 
Core muscles are an important link between lower- and upper-body, and help transfer force through the body during punching actions. Building a Stronger core will result in gaining Harder punches.
CONDITIONING:

About Stephen Cain

I moved to Los Angeles from the UK in 2012. You’ll hear other English trainers at the gym refer to me as a Scouser, which means I am from a place called Liverpool, England.
  
Age 11 I was recruited by English professional football team Everton FC to train in their youth program until age 16, I played alongside fellow school boy recruit, Wayne Rooney England and Manchester United Leading goal scorer.

From age 16 to 22 I played professional football (soccer) for Derby County FC in England where I played alongside world class players such as Fabrizio Ravanelli, Georgi Kinkladze. Not only did i play with Elite Athletes day in and day out, but i was fortunate enough to also be coached by some of the Top Strength and Conditioning coaches in the world.

In 2013 I became the Sports Performance Director and Head Fitness Coach at Box N’ Burn in Los Angeles, CA . BNB gym was named CA’s #1 gym by Men's Fitness and Yelp in 2015 and best Boxing Class in 2016 by Time Out Magazine.

I am the co-owner and creator of the Box N’ Burn Sports Performance Course where I educate Fitness Professionals and Fitness Enthusiasts on how to plan and teach Elite training sessions to Fitness goers and Athletes of any level.
